Matthew Hogarth is the Founding and Managing Partner at MH&CO. specialising in the areas of banking, finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and governance, taxation, trusts, real estate and business advisory.

Throughout his career, Mr. Hogarth has handled some of the largest Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), private equity, private debt, corporate bank loan and merger and acquisition transactions for numerous international blue-chip companies. He has additionally handled numerous cross-border matters including the management and strategy of insolvency and receivership assignments, including advising the Liquidator or Receiver on legal issues. Mr. Hogarth also has considerable experience with both residential and commercial real estate transactions, including real estate investment vehicles and structures and lease and buy-back transactions (including hotels).

Mr. Hogarth has a reputation for being solution-oriented, detailed, thorough and for his proficiency at creating practical corporate structures that marry business and the law.
